To clean cleanliness at first, especially dust, oil slick, wateriness,
mildewed and muscus…etc. It must work off, dry by the |
| fire and scrape. |

Under coating |

Note:

Moisture content or floor should not be more
than 8%, which can maintain the best result. If moisture |
| content of floor is between 8%-16%, aqueous type
is more suitable. |

Solvent type:
|
Use 1050 and curing agent 2055~50 by the ratio
of 2：1. Mix thoroughly and apply the mixture on |
| floor, using brush or roller, to cover all mortar.
After the layer become non-sticky, apply middle |
| coating. |
|
Aqueous type:
|
Mix 3118 curing agent and water by the ratio
of 1:1, then add 1 part of 1010, mix thoroughly |
| to make milky emulsion. Apply the emulsion on
floor, using brush or roller, to cover all mortar. After |
| the layer become non-sticky, apply middle coating.

Middle coating |
|
Spread method:
|
use 1011 （low viscosity, defoam type）as main material.
Use 2108-W in winter, and 2108 in |
| summer. Use 5340 （acid and alkali resistant type）as
curing agent, mix 1011 and 5340 by the ratio |
| of 2：1, mix thoroughly, add equal weight of #
9 silica, mix again, and spread on under coating |
| layer, level by trowel. After the layer become
non-sticky and dent-proof, apply top coating. |

Resin slurry method:
|
Mix 1010（standard type）and 2108 by the ratio of
2：1, mix thoroughly, add 5 multiple amount |
| of # 9 silica, mix again, and spread on under
coating layer, level by trowel （which may coated by |
| solvent）. After the layer become non-sticky and
dent-proof, apply top coating. |

| 4. |
Top coating |
| Mix colored resin （previously mix with pigment to produce desired
color）and curing agent 5120, by the ratio of 3：1, |
| mix thoroughly and spread on middle layer, levelly trowel to finish
level surface. Allow to stand after at least 3 days. |
